At first I was a bit embarrased to post this, but I am actually quite proud of all my hard work. After the medicine fiasco (long story short I was allergic to a medication and gained 20 pounds), I have been working my bum off. Quite literally!
Clean eating and intense exercise. However, I still indulge and have a little something sweet everyday. You don’t need to deprive yourself to lose weight, just find a sense of balance and moderation!
Oh and for anyone who likes to know numbers and all that: I’m 5’6…the picture on the left is 140 pounds and the right is 128. x

I’m back from my mini vacation in cali! Disneyland was magical as always and the Ed Sheeran concert was the best night of my life. Ed looked back and waved and smiled at me as security was rushing him into the building,it was sicccck. The little fangirls were annoying but he’s so talented that it didn’t even matter.

Here’s a bit of what went on in Africa:) Beautiful sunrises&giraffes!
There were so many animals it was just incredible. Giraffes, zebras, wildabeasts, Kudu, Impala, leopards, Ehland, cheetahs, Springbok, Red Hartabeest, Warthogs (the babies were so cute I wanted to grab one and keep it as a pet!)…not to mention black mambas, anacondas, spitting cobras, puff adders, jackals, wild dogs, and all sorts of other crazy things.
It was absolutely lovely! I had such an incredible time. At night we just relaxed by the fire, sipped tea, and listened to the animals:)
