Walking is great exercise as well! Sometimes you just don’t feel like running, no biggie. Walking still burns calories, works your muscles, and has great benefits. I’ve actually been thinking of perhaps starting p90x again, or even just some of the videos to supplement into my own routine. I really love p90x and I think Tony Horton (the trainer is great).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I’ve only done an Insanity video once or twice but I like those as well. P90x is more focused on weight training while Insanity is more HIIT, plyometric moves.
