Intake/exercise today 10/14
breakfast: eggs with spinach and salsa
lunch: grapes, carrots and hummus
snack: lara bar, cheese, grapes, greek yogurt
dinner: chicken and salsa, salad
dessert: 2 dark chocolate squares with peanut butter
exercise: 6 mile hike, 4 mile run
I was really snacky today, not so much big meals. Oh and before I get loads of anon messages, I promise I eat enough I just eat big portions of healthy food. Okay I’m SO TIRED and my legs are dying so I’m about to go in the jacuzzi!
