Hey dear, I was wondering, how much peanut butter a day is actually healthy? I'm seriously addicted to it but I want to keep it to a healthy level :D

Hi babe! I’d say 3-4 tbsps is probably fine. As long as you are consuming a healthy, balanced diet otherwise. Don’t worry I’m addicted too:) xx
