Yes! I’ve been having some weird period stuff going on lately actually, and my doctor said that if you begin an intense exercise program, diet change, etc. sometimes it throws your body “out of whack” so to speak. Eventually your periods should become regular again so I wouldn’t stress too much, especially if you are consuming a healthy amount of calories and are at a healthy weight. I’m sure everything is just fine love and you’re not alone xx
hey kacie, i was wondering if you or any of your followers have ever lost your period? i am vegetarian and i think it may be a combination of this and a lot of exercise. i'm a healthy weight and i always make sure i eat my bmr+exercise, but i lost my period :| im not going to go to the doctor until its been gone for 2 months (i will go don't worry!) but was just wondering if this had happened to anyone before?!??!?
