hello! i am 5 ft 5, 113 lb's but i feel heavy?! i think it's because i'm kind of 'skinny fat'. i really really want to tone up but i don't want to gain weight. should i do more strength than cardio? and should i eat more than normal...but won't that make me gain weight? so sorry for asking but i am so confused and you are so smart at this kind of thing! i love your blog and you are beautiful xoxo

I’d try to do some strength and HIIT. Pilates, yoga, or weight lifting will help you tone up while interval training will blast fat while preserving your muscle! I’d eat a healthy amount of clean calories for your activity level and you should start seeing results soon. You can calculate your caloric needs here, and here’s also some info on HIIT for you.
