Kacie! For the past month and a half, I'v only lost 2 lbs. Now, I'm thinking of doing a few minutes of Pilates in the morning before school, 45 -60 mins of elliptical and 30-45 mins of jump rope after school. Will that help me burn fat and tone up my tsunami legs fast? C:

You may have hit a plateau babe! Try increasing your calorie intake a bit and take a few days off from exercise to see if this confuses your body into allowing you to lose more weight. Your exercise program sounds really good! You have cardio, HIIT (the jump roping), and resistance training. I think you’ll definitely see amazing results just make sure to be eat cleaning and getting enough rest as well. Also, don’t work your body too hard, make sure you take a rest day with that intense workout schedule. I’m sure your legs already look fab, but yes I’d say those “tsunami” (hahaha) legs will be toned up in no time xx
