Intake/exercise today
breakfast: pineapple, mango smoothie with a slice of gluten-free bread

lunch: chicken, brown rice, carrots
snack: apple with almond butter
dinner: chicken, salad
+lots of water and 2 cups of herbal tea
Exercise: 4 mile run, 2 POP Pilates Cardio videos, 10pushups+10 duck squats, 10 crunches
Today was day one of the “Elimination diet” for the Clean detox I’m doing. I’m actually not hungry like I thought I was going to be:) I’m still really tired and jet lagged though, I’ve been getting the worst headaches:( So I’m off to bed early. Night lovelies! xx
