Get Fit Plan (8/15)
breakfast: apple cinnamon oatmeal with peanut butter and milk

lunch: chai tea latte with peanut butter cookie luna bar (FINALLY TRIED THEM GUYS!)

snack: watermelon
dinner: trader joe’s orange chicken, broccoli, rice
dessert: 2 squares of dark chocolate and I may or may not have licked some batter right out of the brownie bowl:)
I’ll also probably have an apple with peanut butter later on!
exercise: 30 minutes HIIT on stationary bike, POP pilates “Hot Abs” workout:)
