Hi sweetie, first off I'm in love with your blog! Second: I just started working out and im biking for 20 mins, I want to add strength workouts too but i don't own weights, what workouts should I do? Thanks <3
Aw thank you so much, that’s so so lovely of you to say:) Woo, proud of you girl! That’s awesome that you started working out. The best thing I could recommend is to look up POP pilates on youtube! Cassey is absolutely incredible and has amazing body weight workouts, no weights necessary. I think you’ll love them:) Plus they are killer…seriously.
