Hey there Kacie! These last two days have been spent over eating SO much!!! So much high calorie food, cakes, bacon, potato salad... and I just feel really awful! I didn't work out today and not much yesterday and I just feel awful and fat and so full :( I'm going to go for a run tomorrow and do a 15 minute ab workout... I just can't shake this feeling though that I'm going to gain a lot of weight from these two days :(

You absolutely will not beauty. Put it out of your mind, it’s over and done with! Your body knows how to handle the occasional extra calories and sometimes you are going to have days like that. Let it go and realize that tomorrow is a new day and you can eat healthier if you choose! Chin up love:) xx

I eat this type of bread that's all whole wheat, but it does have GMO in it. Is that okay if I eat it? I know GMO is bad and all for you, but it's my favorite type of bread.

It is genetically modified, so it isn’t the healthiest for you, as you already know. It is your body though love and if you really love your bread and don’t want to give it up entirely, then it’s not for me to tell you not to. All I can say is that it isn’t the healthiest and you may want to experiment with healthier, less processed options. However, it’s up to YOU babe and you need to do what’s best for you personally x
