It is your body though love and if you really love your bread and don’t want to give it up entirely, then it’s not for me to tell you not to. All I can say is that it isn’t the healthiest and you may want to experiment with healthier, less processed options. However, it’s up to YOU babe and you need to do what’s best for you personally x
