I want to follow more inspiring health/fitness (weight loss or not) blogs-- any suggestions? :)

Here are some of my favorite blogs in the whole world babe! All incredible, lovely people. Most are health/fitness related blogs but some are just overall health and personal, but all are ABSOLUTELY worth a follow. :)

:) xx

Why should women consider weightlifting?

i-choose-fit:

barbelltherapy:

  • Weightlifting does not cause a lot of hypertrophy
  • Improved metabolism
  • Being stronger where it counts
  • Mental clarity
  • Everyday activities become easier
  • Confidence boost
  • ASS ASS ASS ASS ASS
  • Great stress reliever
  • Become stronger than 70% of the male population
  • Feel alpha as fuck
  • Increase the chance of beating your boyfriend in wrestling
  • Other reasons I can’t think of.
  • Plus it’s just fucking sexy.

And this is from a guy’s perspective.

ASS ASS ASS ASS ASS :D

Hi so I have lost around 3 kgs in the past weeks, and I was wondering if its normal to lose weight before seeing results? I've been sick for about a week as well, and I haven't done any exercise so if I start working out again, will I see more results? Thank you, you're amazing x

Hey babe! Sometimes when you’re sick you can lose quite a bit of water weight and perhaps a bit of muscle if you weren’t eating much. You should be able to come back quickly though and it shouldn’t have too much of an impact on your fitness level!

I’m not sure if the 3kgs is true weight, as it’s probably mostly water weight and that’s why you feel you look the same. As soon as you’re healthy and you start exercising/eating clean you should see great results babe:) Please get well soon and take care of yourself!

You’re amazing, thank you so much xx
