Thanks so much babe! x
I don’t see anything wrong with anything in moderation, if you enjoy it why worry? It seems quite healthy to me, coconut is great for you :) Of course there are a few added ingredients, but not everything has to be ‘perfectly clean.’ Go for it babe xx
Absolutely! Pre-workout nutrition is great for energy as well, I actually recommend it x
excitement levels high because: I just sent my resume in to a big global financial company for an internship and they wrote me back saying that they are delighted to have it and asked if I would consider relocating somewhere like YES I LOVE TO TRAVEL BRING IT ON
Yes, this is true. Post-workout protein is very important, especially after resistance training :) Thanks babe x
My friend said to me today “There is solace in the sky and all the beautiful things hiding outside, go and grab some!” And I did just that.
It sounds healthy to me lovely :) I, of course, don’t know exactly how much you should be eating, as everyone’s body type and needs are different. I do have resources about post-workout nutrition here
Hope that helps! xx
Thank you love! x
I know one thing you’re good at, being you. Not everyone has to be a sports star or top of the class, you have to follow your passions and forget what everyone else says. I don’t care if you are the best Pokemon player in history or are damn good at drawing elephants, those are things to be celebrated too :)
If your best friend isn’t treating you properly, tell her. Honesty is the best policy and there’s no sense in holding anything in. You deserve to be around people that make you happy and lift you higher, never waste time on people who only bring you down.
Celebrate yourself and all that you love and chances are that you’ll find something that is ‘your thing.’ It’s not the same for everyone, nor does everyone have to be a pro at something they do. Forget expectations and do your thing, you will be much happier that way x
