That looks great babe :) Seems to be quite balanced to me! The only thing I would think about changing is to whole-fat yoghurt. I’m not a big fan of the low-fat craze, I think fat keeps you fuller longer and is essential :) It all sounds delicious though xx
I find it to be just fine, as long as you are getting a healthy total intake :) Do what’s best for you/your body! I’ve heard of people doing it and seeing great results and feeling great.
I’m not sure if 1400-1600 is a healthy amount for your activity level, but you can calculate that here x

I don’t see anything wrong with anything in moderation, if you enjoy it why worry? It seems quite healthy to me, coconut is great for you :) Of course there are a few added ingredients, but not everything has to be ‘perfectly clean.’ Go for it babe xx
