How do you get all of your calories while still eating healthy? I try drinking smoothies and eat 3 servings of healthy fats a day (nuts and oils) but can adding more be too much fat [on top of my other food]? I'm trying to eat all natural but when a food has something artificial added to it, I won't eat it and then my mom gets angry because she doesn't want to spend more $ on more food b/ the item was technically healthy. Please help!
Instead of just smoothies and healthy fats, remember to have your proteins and whole grains! Chicken, fish, greek yogurt, etc. are great forms of protein! Whole grains such as brown rice, whole wheat pasta, and whole grain bread are great as well. These are definitely ways to add more calories! It’s amazing that you are trying to eat so natural, but try not to get too fixated and obsessive on such things. You don’t need to be 100% perfect constantly as long as your diet is generally healthy! Hope this helps babe xx
