When people ask other fitblrs why they aren't losing weight, and the fitblr responds with "you may not be eating enough," why do they say that? If your not eating enough wouldn't you be losing weight, but just in an unhealthy manner? Your metabolism wouldn't crash and prevent you from losing weight by eating too little until a while after unhealthy eating patterns take place, right?
This is true, eventually that would happen! What they mean is, when your body starts losing rapid amounts of weight quickly, it goes into “starvation mode” where it tries to prevent you from losing weight and so you reach a plateau where you can’t make any changes in your body. That’s what I understand anyways xx
For the "Before a workout/after a workout" post, would one of those smoothies from Starbucks count for the "after a workout" part?
That could work babe! Just be careful since I think they have quite a bit of sugar in them, making one at home would be healthier, but if you’re pressed for time it should be fine! I saw they had a lot of protein, especially the chocolate one xx
High Intensity Interval training! Basically it’s alternating between really short spurts of really vigorous training and then bringing it down a bit and then repeating! For example, jogging then sprinting then jogging again and so on xx
