for the other anon about the dressing, I usually make my own with balsamic and vinegar etc. Also, add spices to make the salad tastier and some lemon juice because it tastes good, it's good for you, and you don't have to use as much. Put the salad in a container with a lid and shake it with the fresh lemon juice and a small amount of dressing and shake it up. If you need a little more, use a little more, but this makes it more even and it makes you use less. Then transport it to your dish. :)

Hey, do you think i will just build muscle or lose weight too if i work out too much? I freaking love working out and running/jogging, and i do it everytime. but i'm afraid that i just will have muscles at the end and still have like the same size of jeans ad stuff. Hi babe! Lots of exercise should definitely make you lose weight and not just gain muscle. Make sure you are combining your exercise program with proper nutrition. Nutrition is the most important aspect of a healthy lifestyle and slimming down! Eat clean and drink lots of water. Lots of fruits, veggies, lean proteins, etc. Dont be afraid of resistance training to go along with your cardio! Although you might gain some muscle, it should make you look slimmer, not bulkier. Hi babe! Oh goodness, salad without dressing is awful! But you’re right…most of the store bought dressings have adde sugars and ingredients that arent too good for you. What I do is make my own! I just mix balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, and a bit of olive oil. Shake it up and you’re good to go! Low calorie, natural, and yummy xx
I'm trying to lose 10-15lbs and I hope mine don't shrink hahaha cuz I'm a 34A. Lol I know, I mean I don't weigh that much, but still! I'm 5'3 and 143 and 15yrs. So the end just yah and omg yes I saw the rip boobs too!!!
Ah you’re so funny! I’m sure your boobs will be fine babe. I’m a 34A myself and my boobs don’t seem to change much when I lose a bit of weight. One benefit of having small boobs I suppose…not much to lose! Lol. Good luck with all of your healthy lifestyle goals babe xx
Ive been working out quite a bit lately, and so im noticing my boobs shrinking! Is there any exercises which are the worst in terms of boob loss, ones to avoid and ones to try out? I love being fit but I hate the fact i have to lose my boobs in the process :(
Well, there is no way to spot reduce…so if your boobs are shrinking it means that you are losing fat/weight in all areas of your body. I know it’s a bummer babe…but it happens to everyone! In fact I’ve seen a post on tumblr saying something like “RIP to all the boobs lost in weight loss journeys.” So don’t worry you aren’t alone. What I will suggest though…chest exercises! While they may not exactly make your boobs bigger, they may make them firmer/perkier (sorry that sounds so awkward). Exercises like chest flys and push ups may be able to help you:) xx

Hi babe! Oatmeal is really easy to make:) Instant oatmeal is the easiest, just pour some in a bowl, put water on top, and pop it in the microwave for a minute or two. I normally make steel cut oatmeal. To do this just boil water on the stove, pour the oatmeal in, and leave for 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally. When it’s done let it sit for a minute. Add all types of toppings to your oatmeal! Apple cinnamon and peanut butter banana are two of my favorites! Xx
