Oh and did you have any big problems along the way?
Hi lovely! Okay…don’t even stress about weighing more! You look amazing and your weight is healthy for your height! My highest weight is actually my current weight. I used to be skinnier…around 110-115 pounds. I gained weight once I stopped playing basketball, but I love my current body and am completely content with it. Along the way I did have a few issues, I was upset that I was gaining weight, but I realized that I love my body how it is and even like it better a little curvier:) Good luck with your healthy lifestyle goals and everything babe xx

oh ok!well i use a lot of artificial sweeteners (usually 4 a day) and i found out it causes bloating & is difficult to digest so im cutting it out! & for the past 3weeks ive been super healthy but i look the absolute same as when i started (i know i wont see much progress, but there seems to be none when there should be a little?)the only thing i can think of are the AS;i was wondering that after cutting them out-will it debloat me to my 3-week progress or will it be like starting over again :c?
Hmm, I don’t know a ton about artificial sweeteners lovely, besides what you said about them being bloating and difficult to digest. I’m sure you are going to start seeing results soon, but make sure along with cutting out the artificial sweeteners you are taking care of the other parts of a healthy lifestyle. Make sure you are proper rest, regular exercise, and eating cleanly. I’m sure you will see your results soon…if not, it may be possible that you’ve hit a plateau. Bump up your calories for 3-5 days and refrain from exercising. This should get your body back on track! Hope this helps babe:) xx
hi i was wondering if you got my question about artificial sweeteners and cutting them out of my diet? i dont want to seem pushy or annoying :S but thanks and thanks for your blog--its a huge inspiration for me! c:
Ah I never received your question babe! What did you want to know about artificial sweeteners? You aren’t pushy or annoying at all, I just didn’t seem to get it! Thank you babe, you are very sweet xx
