Do you listen to music while you exercise? If so, what are some of your favorite songs for working out?
YES! I always listen to music when I exercise, I couldn’t workout without it. It honestly depends on my mood, but I listen to everything from Led Zeppelin, to Lady Gaga and Katy Perry, Artic Monkeys, the Beatles, just whatever comes on my shuffle. Oh and of course One Direction, I have an awkward habit of listening to singing and dancing on the treadmill while listening to them. I wish I could give you specific songs but it’s seriously just whatever pops up! :) Love your blog by the way lovely! xx

Oh goodness this is such a hard question because there are so many amazing ones, but off the top of my head I love beccasfitlife, justbreathe831, riaeatsright, muffintopless. But there are SO MANY more, everyone in the fitblr community is amazing! x
Hi! I have a question... so, if I go off my diet (nothing major, just eating a bit more than normal) for a few days, I usually end up gaining about 10 pounds, which seems like a lot to me. Is that normal/healthy? Do you know why it's that much?
Hi lovely! 10 pounds does seem like a lot, especially for just a couple of days. It could be water weight…I’ve gained about 4 or 5 pounds in a couple of days due to water weight, but I haven’t ever heard of 10. This is a question I would probably ask a doctor because they might be able to tell you more about what’s going on! I’m sorry I couldn’t be of more help:( x
